Francis is a committed Christian and worships with Rock of Hope Assemblies (Kabwe Chapel). Francis has a passion to contribute to the development of his family community, and country at large. He has served as deacon in charge of youths in his local church.
He loves to work with young people and loves to see young people develop their capacities and God given potential for greater things in life.
Francis Studied Development Studies and Economics from the University of Zambia and is currently pursuing his Master in Business Administration at Herriot Watt University. He is currently serving with World Vision Zambia as Programme Manager at Keembe Area Development Programme, where he has been the past six years. With his development management background and experience he is now a qualified, seasoned and dynamic change agent, development expert and community facilitator, who is able to carry out various functions including; project management, human capacity building, narrative and financial reporting, budgeting, organizational and strategic planning/management, proposal writing and resource mobilization, research, design monitoring and evaluation.
He is actually a native in the area where he works and where Fountain of Life operates, so he gets to understand the needs and challenges of the people in his area much better. As such, helps to provide oversight for all the projects that are being implemented by Fountain of Life. He has this far been partnering and coordinating very well with various district stakeholders to ensure the work of fountain of Life moves forward on the ground.
We are blessed to have new team member Nigel Musongeli, who joins the Zambian Board as Treasurer.
